Individual Counseling

*Individual counseling, also often referred to as psychotherapy, is the process of working one-on-one with a mental health clinician to improve one's overall mental health and well-being. By utilizing modalities such as CBT and DBT, clients will learn to uncover what is causing them distress, create a plan to address those issues, and work toward putting that plan into action.

Couples Counseling

*Couples counseling, or relationship counseling, can often be helpful for those who are in a committed relationship or simply looking to gain a better understanding of their current roommate, friend, or other partner. Couples counseling can also include premarital counseling, family planning, co-parenting support, or life transitions, in general. By utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, couples counseling sessions will be tailored to each couples' needs in order to help them meet their goals.

Family Therapy

*Family therapy is a form of counseling that works with a family unit to help in fostering positive change and development. Family therapy can often aid members in improving communication and resolving conflicts.

I currently offer telehealth sessions anywhere in the state of California. I utilize the secure and HIPAA-compliant Simple Practice platform in order to send paperwork, communicate with clients, and hold virtual video sessions.

I am out of network but can provide a superbill, or detailed invoice, and most PPO plans will reimburse at least a portion of session fees after the deductible is met. Alternatively, I can provide courtesy billing, where I file insurance claims on your behalf, and the insurance company will reimburse you directly.
